In the meantime, read below to learn a little more about what it means to be a “Dreadnought Brigadier” and be a part of the OFFICIAL Mark DeRose Music Street Team.
First, you may be asking, ”What’s a street team?”. Street Teams are a cost-effective way to create the grassroots buzz that is necessary to move a musician’s career to the next level.
Now, once you join the street team you will receive updates on “missions” in regard to how you can help out. In exchange, you will receive Mark DeRose Music goodies and perks.
Here are some examples of missions you will receive….
Spread Music & Promote Shows – by hanging flyers and passing out handbills. Be creative, have fun and be earth friendly when it’s time for tear down and clean up!
Recruit New Fans – Bring your crew out to a show, buy a CD as a gift for a friend, sing MDR songs at a whisper to your significant other while they sleep, etc! The power of the words of your mouth is HUGE!!!!
Drive Traffic – Post a blog about the great time you had at a show, invite friends to check out markderosemusic.com on the net, download and play MDR songs on your MySpace home page, or paste “Tune Widgets” into your emails.
Help out at shows – Work the merchandise table or stick around after the show to hand out flyers!
